Assane And Immigrant Dad

The series revolves around Assane Diop: he’s the only son of an immigrant from West Africa who had come to France in search of a better life for himself and his child. A tragedy breaks upon the family when the father is set up by his master Hubert, a wicked wealthy man, for stealing a diamond and since he has no proof of his innocence he is sentenced to prison.

The man could bear the accusations and out of grief and shame, he hangs himself in the prison cell where he is kept. He leaves his son an orphan.

Now twenty-five years later the son Assane, who has been inspired by the book on the gentleman thief which father had given him, has turned out to be a gentleman thief himself. Assane sets out to get his revenge on the man who had framed had framed his father for theft.

Assane uses his mastery and art of disguise and thievery to expose the crooked man Hubert. Will he get his revenge or will he get caught?
